About Me

As a residency-trained licensed Pharmacist with nearly 20 years of experience across retail, hospital, ambulatory care, drug information, and the pharmaceutical/biotechnology industries (“pharma”), I have firsthand experience navigating diverse pharmacy career paths. Throughout my career, I have successfully precepted, mentored and trained pharmacy students, fellows, peers and new hires. I have also been on both sides of an interview panel. My experiences and expertise enable me to provide insightful and effective career guidance and mentorship.Recently, after experiencing firsthand the effects of corporate downsizing, I recognized a significant gap in specialized career coaching and mentorship for Pharmacists and other healthcare professionals, especially those exploring opportunities in the pharmaceutical and biotech sectors. My goal is to support and guide fellow Pharmacists and healthcare professionals in discovering and achieving fulfilling careers.
